Rushton Meadows HOA Parking System Rules and Parameters

System Overview
This is a reservation-based parking system for guest parking spaces in Rushton Meadows HOA. Homeowners must register with the system before making reservations.
System Registration
Download the following form and submit it to management to register for the system. You will receive an activation text within 1 business day of the board receiving your completed registration form. Reply to the message to confirm and activate your registration.

Passes and Reservations

System Access:
- Homeowners can reserve stalls on demand or in advance by reservation by sending a text message to 978-800-7275.
- Texting 'faq', 'help' or 'info' to the system will send you a link to this page.
- Standard messaging rates per your carrier may apply.

Stall Availability:
- Text the word 'list' to the system to receive a text message with a current list of stall availability.
- Text the word 'reservations' to the system to receive a text message with the list of future stall reservations.

On Demand Permits:
- On Demand permits are valid for 24-hour increments starting from the time they are issued.
- Example: A pass issued at 1:30 PM on Thursday will be valid until 1:30 PM on Friday.
- Text the stall number to the system to begin a permit request.
- Residents will need to provide the license plate number of the vehicle to finalize the request.
- You will receive a text and email confirmation of the reservation.
- The permit is only valid after having successfully received a confirmation.
- On Demand Permits are for a single vehicle only. Multiple vehicles require separate permits.

Permit Reservations:
- Text the word 'reserve' to the system to begin a request.
- Homeowners will be asked to specify the start date and time, the number of days, the license plate number, and the stall number.
- You will receive a text and email confirmation of the reservation.
- The permit is only valid after having successfully received a confirmation.
- Permits are issued for full days only.
- Reservations are for a single vehicle only. Multiple vehicles require separate reservations.

Cancelling An Upcoming Reservation or Existing Permit:
- Text the word 'cancel' to the system to begin a request.
- Select the existing reservation/permit from the list.
- Upcoming reservations will be removed from the system.
- Existing permits will be cancelled as of the date and time of cancellation.
- Partial permit days are counted as full days.
- You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.

Passes Are Limited:
- Each homeowner has access to 14 parking permits per rolling 45-day period.
- Passes are credited back to the account 45 days after each day a pass was used.
- Example: A 3-day reservation uses 3 passes. Those passes will be credited back on the 46th, 47th, and 48th day after the reservation starts.
- Homeowners exceeding their pass allotment can text 'more X' to the system where X represents the number of additional days requested (ex: more 3). You will receive a confirmation that the message was sent (no immediate response guaranteed). These exceptions to the permit limit are granted solely at the Board's discretion.

Changing Stalls:
- If you return to find your reserved stall occupied you may move your permit (both On Demand and Reservations) to another available stall.
- Text the new stall number to the system and follow the prompts to select the permit to move.
- You will receive a text and email confirmation of the change.
- The change is only valid after having successfully received a confirmation.
Additional Regulations

Tenant Vehicles:
- Parking a tenant's vehicle in a guest space will result in suspension or revocation of guest parking privileges (duration determined by the Board).
- Resident/Owner may also be subject to Fines and Towing.

Double Booking:
- The system will indicate if a stall is already reserved.
- Unauthorized Parking:
- Parking in a stall without a reservation or parking your vehicle in a stall other than the one reserved by your permit will result in towing at the owner's expense.
- Homeowners who find an unauthorized vehicle parking in your reserved stall can text the system to move your reservation to another available stall (see "Changing Stalls" above). The unauthorized vehicle will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Notes
- One (1) permit day is equal to a 24-hour time slot. If cancelled early, partial days are still counted as a full permit day.
- Confirmation of reservations are required to avoid liability issues with the Board or towing company. If you don't receive a confirmation please try your request again.
- After sixty (60) minutes the system will remove any unfinished requests.
